To be eligible for a return:

- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
- The item must not show signs of use, damage, markings, or excessive wear
Books that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after delivery are not eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly shipped

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Books with visible wear, markings, folds, or damage after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item is defective
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Final Decision on Refund Eligibility
All return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to review.
We reserve the right and final discretion to approve or deny any return, refund, or exchange request if the item does not meet our return conditions or if the policy requirements are not followed.
