Shipping policy

Thank you for reviewing this case.
We would like to clarify that this order was fulfilled and delivered according to our store's Shipping Policy.
The customer placed the order successfully and the item was shipped within our stated processing timeframe. While there was a longer transit time due to shipping carrier delays, our Shipping Policy clearly states that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by logistics delays outside of our control.
According to the carrier tracking records, the parcel was successfully delivered with the following details:
Delivery Location: IQALUIT, CA
Delivery Status: Delivered
Delivered Date & Time: April 9, 2026 — 11:59 PM (Eastern Time, Canada)
As the shipment has been confirmed delivered by the carrier, the order has been fulfilled in full and does not meet the criteria for refund eligibility under our store policy.
We have also advised the customer to check their mailbox, surrounding delivery area, and with neighbors in case the parcel was received on their behalf.
Based on the confirmed delivery status and our stated Shipping Policy, we respectfully request that this case be reviewed accordingly, as the order was successfully completed and delivered.
